Returns Policy
We hope you will love your Brissi purchase.
However if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please ensure that the product is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. Please email us at shop@brissi.co.uk stating your order number and reason for the return of your order.
We recommend you send all the items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail and retain proof of postage. Please note we cannot refund return delivery charges unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we do not give refunds on:
- Items returned after 28 days
- Items without a stated reason for the return (contact us by email or phone)
- Damaged items not notified in writing to us within 7 days and with no proof of damage
- Made-to-order items
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.
In addition, while every effort is made to ensure accurate colour reproductions, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software or printer.
